Important information for guests travelling to the UK
In line with Government guidance, we ask that all guests travelling from overseas provide a negative COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival in the country before their stay. Please note that in order to protect our guests and teams, you are not able to quarantine with us whilst waiting for your results, even if you are fully vaccinated.
We always have the best prices, if you find a lower rate somewhere else, we will match it.
You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival without incurring any charges and you don't have to pay anything on booking.
If you have to cancel within 48 hours or your scheduled arrival, to self-isolate, you can use your payment for a future reservation.
In the event of a lockdown we will refund your payment in full.
Stylish rooms with period features
Bedroom prices are per room, per night. Rates are inclusive of accommodation, breakfast and VAT.
We also offer a room only rate if you wish to add breakfast this will be charged at £10.50pp.
Parking: We have limited parking on site for residents to the rear of the hotel. If this is full upon your arrival, we ask that guests use the Morrison's car park opposite the hotel. You will need to use/download the 'Your Parking' app to pre-book parking which is £2.40 per 24 hours.
Check in/out: You can check in at reception from 3pm and check out is 11am.
Breakfast: A full breakfast is served in our restaurant each morning
Monday-Friday 7.00am until 10.00am.
Saturday & Sunday 8.00am-10.00am
Extra Beds: Unfortunately some rooms are not large enough to accommodate extra beds. Please call us if you would like to bring a travel cot as we may have a suitable room available. Travel cots and sheets can be provided for an additional £5 per night.
Accessibility: Rooms are located on the first and second floor of the building. Please be aware that the hotel does not have a lift.
T&Cs: On booking a credit or debit card will be required to guarantee the room. No deposit will be taken and cancellation is free until 48 hours prior to arrival. Excluding advance purchase rates.
Advance purchase rates; full payment will be taken upon booking with no cancellations or amendments.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
We have a strict no smoking policy in our hotel. If you are found to be smoking there is a £60.00 penalty charge.
